Having observed all aspects of the management and construction of a home built by AJM Construction, we approached them to build for us. We were impressed by the interaction and co-operation between the various trades on site with so little time lost between the various disciplines. It was clear that AJM managed their team well and expected nothing less than quality at all stages of the construction phases, including on site tidiness and cleanliness. Our large Home plus underground cellar was completed in 13 months. We had few problems, all of which were quickly and easily resolved. This service continues today, 4 years later. AJM take enormous pride in the their work and come highly recommended by us. NO REGRETS

AJM Construction took a lot of stress out of building a commercial development. John and Tony are very knowledgeable in this area. They are both very creative and offered great ideas to save costs. The finishing trades also did an excellent job. Communication throughout the Construction was excellent and was on budget and within time frame. I am very pleased with the outcome and would build with AJM Construction again.
